Each one teach one is something I learned and carry with me in all areas in my life. I want to share some basic recipes that will help those interested in more plant-based meals to be more self-sufficient. One of the main reasons that people are unable to maintain a plant-based lifestyle when they are first transitioning is because they do not cook for themselves or eat the same things over and over. Also in addition to not cooking some say this lifestyle is too expensive, that is mostly due to buying a lot of processed vegan food which is costly and necessary or healthy all the time.
